I think this may have just gotten hotter, but bad news is that item is showing OOS but allowing for backorders.
Linky:

Price now shows at $305.00....and with "marchmadness" hidden coupon, price drops all the way down to $283.50. Seems like a great price for the retail box version of this CPU.
Cheers!

$315 a whopping half hour later, but Backordered. However, their price to buy these straight from Intel is $316, so something fishy is going on here...

well... I wouldn't make the mistake of buying from moogr again. I ordered a retail X3350 from them on the 24th... they had it in stock... it was in processing for 3 days.. I sent an email to them to cancel.. on thursday they sent me an email stating that it was sent 2nd day fedex... i've sent them an email several times asking for a tracking number... it's now saturday evening and I still have nothing ... no tracking number .. no package... i'm now out $350 dollars... i'm not happy... i've had to cancel my card because they have my number now... and they're fishy

Call them ask to refund your shipping charges or you make a chargeback.

That's considerably below their cost. $266 in lots of 1000, I think. Every time I hear about these guys, they make me more nervous.

I've sent an email to Byronm (owner of moogr)... i'm just waiting for a response back now.

Sometimes its cheaper to sell below cost and lose a little money to get customers than it is to sell at full cost and pay to bring in those customers. For example i can spend 50 bucks on Google adwords advertising to make 1 cpu sale or i can lose 10-20 bucks and sell 2 cpus and get 2 happy customers.
We're new and thats the price of being new and competing against the "big boys"
