Intelligent Design vs Evolution

I will agree that the creation of the universe and all that has followed is a profound mystery that as of yet has no definitive explanation, but I personally have a very hard time believing that there was some master being or intelligence that created it all. I think that thing are way too random to have such a concise explanation, to buy the intelligent design theory is to stop questing for further knowledge.

I believe that evolution is the more proper theory and is a provable one vs intelligent design which is unprovable as god isn't talking yet.

Once upon a time there was an old man floating around in nothing. For some reason he eventually decided to create life by sculpting the universe in clay (or was it 3dmax?) and then telling humans on earth that he made them 'extra special' and that the rest of the universe is ****** in comparison.

There, that's the only rational explanation, evolution is a gimmick.

How can you say such awful, terrible things? Every one is entitled to their opinion, and everyone's opinion is just as valid as everyone else's, how can you be so intolerant! Science provides only one kind of truth, and we must present all points of view!

I'm a Creationist, and I can accept both...evolution happened like the evidence says, but Biblical creation also happened...My anthropology class cleared some things up for me...
