Color me cynical but I'm betting at least some of these guns were actually being controlled by humans at the time of the shootings. Propaganda site is propaganda.

Apparently there was a shooting just down my street that left a woman dead. The report makes it unclear if it was murder or suicide.

Five, two fatal and three non-fatal, both fatal shootings committed by cops. Two of the non-fatal ones were committed by the same people (armed robbery of a neighborhood twice in a row), the other a robbery at a fast food place. Not particularly terrifying, especially since my specific area is mostly white and Asian, and the shootings all happened on the periphery of the radius, committed by minorities disproportionately over-represented in violent crime. I feel bad for good law-abiding people that have to live in those areas, but thankfully the crime in those communities is their problem, and I have no fear of my neighbors owning guns.

This is not my current or previous address. I am not doxxing myself. The closest shooting was literally around the corner. It was a botched home invasion by a repeat offender (lol, Chicago). The firearm used did not belong to the deceased.

I live in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Denver but Colfax cuts right through it, LQ's, hookers, bars, gun shops, head shops and pot shops, everything you need to get your crime on.

That's some good shootin, 6 dead of 9 for a batting average of .667!

My home team isn't so good ... batting .250 or 1 for 4.

The closest to me is this. It reports one injured with a rifle. But the news story they link to says that no one was shot. Just a kid carrying a rifle arrested after firing it at nothing. Kinda calls into question their whole database.

Not far off we see a real shooting though. Where a 25 year veteran of the police department accidentally shot a woman in a bar with this revolver while off duty.


Next closest we see the US Marshall service shot and killed a fugitive.

Seems like as long as you avoid the cops around here you're pretty safe.

They should probably also distinguish regretted vs. non-regretted killings since few apart from relatives give a crap about ghetto dwellers, drug dealers, and gang members killing each other so long as they keep in it their quarantine zone.
