I never smoked, so I can not reduce my smoking. However tobacco should be restricted to those who have a registration card that they pay 100 dollars a year for, with the registration comes a signature that the smoker is not entitled to any government health insurance for the most common tobacco related diseases. Then my taxes will not help druggies. What's your plan to reduce smoking further?
