I did see one person potentially committing a felony in that video.....the "tax consultant" who is waving around thousands of Form 1040/1040A's that aren't his. No matter if they're somewhat redacted......like the one that had the name Miguel not blacked out (surprise, surprise).....and in the last name section, which shouldn't be a mistake a competent "tax consultant" would make, btw.

The whole damned thing came off like an O'keefe video piece of crap.

BTW.....there are a host of legitimate reasons persons need an ITIN, including legal aliens who have to file a fed. tax return because of earned income, like Trump's foreign hired staff at his hotels/golf courses/etc.
