No one has even disputed jets hit the WTC's.
The fire thing is pretty impossible to prove. It's the theory anyway. WTC7's story was really put together much after it all went down.
Actually it's not that hard to prove that it was likely. Take the grade steel that was used in the WTC, surface treat it and weld it in the same way and load it like the beams in the WTC. Bake it at the temperature that was expected in the fire and watch for failure. You could scale it down to make it more feasible (creating the correct weight on a full size beam would be prohibitive but not impossible).
However, the already compile quite a bit of this data. Metals are tested for everything that you can possibly think of. For steels used to build sky scrapers I'm positive that they come from grades that are specifically chosen because they know the characteristics in a fire, so all this data already exists.
