Okay this was my first build (sig) and now i'm just having some minor problems while on the internet. First of all i play Fantasy Football and for some reason or another i can not get the "Live Update" feature that cbs.sportsline.com feature with their site.....says i need Java but their link is dead anyone know how to fix this. I went into my internet options, under security, custom level and enabled the only thing i could see that had to do with Java....it still does not work, obviously this somethin i can't use when there is a game going on. UPDATE: I think i have what i need someone told me to go to java.sun.com and download the Virtual Java Machine, does that sound right?
Second problem is, some videos that i've tried to download and i'll be honest they are not always the "wholesome" kind will not come up right. All i get is a small square in the top left corner that has those three shapes in it, i think its a circle, square and a triangle and they are each a different color. If i right click on it and look at it's properties it says that they are mpeg's, which i figured, then for connection type it says non-encrypted. How do i fix this? What do i have to enable to allow this stuff thru or do i have to download somehting that i'm missing...like i said this is the first computer i've ever built, all my others have been Gateway's or dells or something which had everything already thrown in. thanks guys!
