I have to agree with OK here. If you are just looking for a webserver in your internal network. Set up a webserver ( apache, IIS, Ethan's WWW server, whatever). Use some nice non-routable IP addresses for your internal network and use IP masq on a router to proxy your internet access. You can also get sneaky and run linux on your firewall / router and explicitly bind apache to a particular interface ( say your internal one ). I am all for the use of non-routable IP addresses personally. They are great and happy things. If you have additional questions feel free to PM me.
