iOBit360 removal; help please

I decided to remove iOBit 360 after reading that they have 'hijacked' code from Malwarebytes. I had installed v1.20. I used the Add/Remove in control panel of my XP-Pro. It removed from the list; but when checking the Program Files folder; it still exists. Unable to delete the iObit folder. It comes back with the error message "is360mon.dll" is in use. Opened the iObit folder and found "is360mon.dll", and tried to remove it. Still not able. I used 'search' to see where the .dll would reside. I GOT EVERY FOLDER & FILE & Picture on my PC returned in the search !!! Does that mean there is a "is360mon.dll" in all my files ?? I can't even get IE to get online anymore on that PC; get a 'program not responding' message. RegCleaner found iOBit and removed it from that list, but the folder in Program files still exits.
Any Suggestions ... I guess as a last resort .. I can wipe the drive and reload XP ! But I really don't want to !

I can boot up okay. I just can't get into Control Panel or Get IE to connect to the internet. Fortunately I can get into My Computer and backup the important files. I will try to burn a CD/DVD of the Avira AV rescue system on another PC and see if the sick PC will recognize it. Also may download a copy of SuperAntiVirus and see if that can be loaded.

SuperAntiVirus? I've never heard of it and what info I found didn't look good.

Perhaps you meant SuperAntiSpyware which is well known?

Right you are ... SuperAntiSpyware is what I meant ... Problems don't have me thinking very well at the moment.!

Problem solved .. or has gone away. I noticed this morning that half the icons in the task bar had disappeared. I rebooted and things looked normal again. I could access the internet; access 'control panel' and access 'Program files' again. I tried the 'delete' on the IOBit folder and it was gone. I have run many of my apps and all seem to work. I known that IOBit has a good rep for cleaning up stuff, but then so does Malwarebytes. After reading that IOBit has hijacked Malwarebytes code, I decided that if they do that kind of stuff, they probably imbed trojans and other 'sheet' as well. Off with their heads !!
