I ordered both the items CDRW drive and DIGITAL camera, from staples.com
Today I received the Camera but , they left me a phone message and following e-mail for I-OMEGA CDRW.

Upon trying to add coupon #91182, for the free cookies on order # 0121311894, I noticed that the
item #435458, ZIP CD INTERNAL 8X4X32, was scratched from your order at the warehouse that normally
services your area. It is available to be sent from another warehouse with a 5 day delay.
Also, while trying to place the coupon on your order, I noticed that you had also used a $40 coupon
#88903. After a review of your order history, order #0060804032 shows an over credit of at total
of $71.19. You used coupon #90479, for a free attache case that was never purchased and coupon
#87582, save $30 on item #394280, BLACK-LEATHER MANAGERS Chair, was applied twice.
As a result, we will not be able to apply the $40 coupon #88903 to your current purchase. However,
we will not charge you back for the over credit from the coupons used in June, for the amount of
$71.19.

I called them 3-4 times talked to different people , they were not ready to do pricematch or use coupon code , So finally I fade up and told them they I will buy it from my LOCAL staples.
I went thro' my Sunday newspaper and found office depot add for CDRW drive
it was 179.99-20 Instant rebate - 30 mfg MIR = 129.99
The 129.99 Part was the big bold price written on ad while , very fine print about the details. So I went to the MANAGER and told him to do price match he told me that He will give the drive for 159.99 and I agreed , HE told one of the sales person to do the deal, The sales person again called OFFICE DEPOT and told them whether the price was 129.99 or not , OD said YES . Without looking in fine print detail , she rang the drive for 129.99 and I was out of the staples in split second before they can figure it out.
Rather then giving 20 $ more I ended up 10$ less for whole deal ,cause of negligent sales people.
