IP tracing???

How can I find out the address of someone from their IP address?
Is there a program that can do this? or maybe a web site?
Some one keeps abusing the guest board on my site and I would like to know who it is....
What should I do?

NeoTrace will tell you about as much info as you can get from the IP address.


But their home address isn't included in that info.

Arin/Whois will give you the owner of an IP address.

IP World Map will tell you where the address is located. This one's experimental, and it isn't always accurate, but they also give you a probability of certainty and they tell you whether or not it's a proxy.
