ip35pro has xfire capabilities .. the second slot max @ 4x, RAID, e-sata, more USB ports, solid caps all over, heatpipe, fancier heatsinks, no firewire. Also I have noticed that most of the problems like double boot issues and losing overclock settings are more common with the ip35-e and ip35 variants. I had my machine unplugged from the outlet for more than an hour yesterday doing cable management .. and was expecting it to lose all the settings, but they were all there when I plugged it back.
