I actually own this board and wrote the review on newegg. It really depends on what you will be doing.. I wanted a board that would boot my Xeon 3110 without having to flash the BIOS with an older cpu which this board does accomplish. I have recently flashed to the latest BIOS but the cold boot/dual boot issue still exists. It is more annoying than anything but does not impede its overclocking ability which is quite good. I am also having a problem installing Vista/Server 2008 from an IDE DVD-rom. I had to load the image on a usb flash drive to install. I am running my Xeon at 4ghz @ 1.22 vcore (cpu-z) on a 444mhz fsb. I have not tried to overclock any higher until my new cpu fan arrives. The board is good but it is nothing spectacular. I do like how the reset CMOS switch is on the rear panel. I prefer the BIOS options on my gigabyte ds3l and dfi t2rl (both p35 chipsets). However, the price is what got me and this board is being used mainly for virtualization testing which it does work fine with. I have not been able to load VMware ESX 3.5 on it =[ but Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V runs well.
It's a decent board for the price. Good luck with your purchases.
