iPhone: 4GB vs. 8GB

Is this comparison like the Xbox 360 Core and Premium. Is there any reason someone would get the 4GB for only $100 less?

If you have a file server at come, it wouldn't be to hard to write an AJAX app that streams audio to your iPhone so you can listen wirelessly (unlimited data plan) instead of loading up your phone's memory. So 4gb would work if you're a hacker

The same reason you would buy a 4gb vs an 8gb nano or a 30 vs 60 video. For some people it's enough space and the additional cost isn't justified. Is this really a serious question or did you not understand that from the beginning?

Except the iphone uses nand flash memory, not a hard drive.
