How can you ask to be treated like a civilized country when you behave like barbarous heathens? It's true they were evil men, but jeebus they are dead now, they are roasting in hellfire now, all that is left is their rotting carcases. Just put them on display with an open casket in downtown Baghdad and then bury them in unmarked graves in the middle of the Sahara.

I do hope they capture their daddy alive, but the same thing will probably happen.

It's funny how easily the media can manipulate you to believe someone's guilt. There are rumors of how evil the two brothers were but I don't remember any proof being presented.

The Bush administration hasn't been able to prove any of the stories they relate to Saddam. I personally believe Saddam should be sent to Iran and charged with the murder of 700,000 of their citizens.
But let evidence and logical analysis be our guide, not blinded hatred associated with unproven rumors.

I may overestimate the capabilities of the military but I think that 200 military personell could easily take 4 trapped guys alive. Don't we spend trillions in the military? I'm not certain about military hardware but I'm pretty sure they have lots of non-lethal ways of taking down people.
I don't want to argue about how the military did their job however. I wasn't there and they definately know how to do things better than me. My questions were fundemental ones.

As the person in control of the raid, wouldn't you be a little bit worried about more than just "4 trapped guys"? These are believed to be Saddam's two sons, isn't it reasonable to suspect that they could have prepared for such an event with explosives? I would not have risked the lives of our troops, considering if one of them gets killed then the question would be asked 'Why DIDN'T we fire anti-tank missiles first?'
