I have this mp3 player, i bought it about three months ago and i'm very happy with it. Its so features packed, its not even funny. I record every class with the recording feature which includes an external clipon microphhone. I also really like the fact that i can back up my documents with it. The ihp 120 kills the ipod in every way (battery life, features, weight, beauty, price) except that it has a few bugs. In my case that bug is that it sometimes it can't read some of my mp3 files. Other than that its great, i highly recommend it for this price (i bought it for 340).

the 40GB version of this is already out...Amazon's selling it for about $430...just search for "ihp-140"
