Update: CONFIRMED!
It's pretty good. The ending was cool. The fight sequences were well done and the special effects were also really good. Of course, with it being the kind of movie it is, realism isn't 100% by any means, but it was close enough that you wanna let it slide.

Downy Jr.'s performance wasn't too far from his rockstar, coked out lifestyle....if not slightly milder. I was impressed with his character development through the movie.

Jeff Bridges did a good job with his performance too, but that's all I'm going to say about him.

I'm going to give it 9 stars out of 10 for what it was.

I don't doubt that this motion picture will do well Zeppelin2282, but I wonder how many people that like it actually read the comics growing up.

Started collecting/reading "Invincible Iron Man" comics when I was about 12 yrs. old (1969). I just wished still have the early issues which are worth something these days. Ending up trading them for other comics with a classmate. I'm still kicking myself for doing this.

The commercials haven't really gotten me too excited, and TBH I don't trust RT one bit, they rate perfectly good movies as shit and then rate terrible movies like they are works of art. I may end up seeing it in theatres, but just as likely wait for it on HBO or movie rentals unless some people I actually trust go around reccomending it instead of questionable websites.
