You might want to stay away from Chinese food as well. They add monosodiumglutamate to everything. When exposed to acid (your stomach), it turns into glutamic acid.Foods with naturally high amounts of glutamic acid. It is an amino acid that my body simply rejects in hilariously awful ways. The 'big 3' are tomatoes, parmesean and mushrooms.. so Italian food is basically dead to me. It was awful at first but I've found pretty good substitutes for most things. Life's a bitch sometimes.

12 bucks lasts me like a month. It is truly a life saver. I couldn't imagine living my life without it because my stomach has just been getting worse and worse over the years at digesting anything with grease in it, which is almost everything nowadays.
Hmm... I noticed that McDonald's and everything else sends me straight to the toilet just like Taco Bell these days. I will have to try these.
It sucks. I have IBD and was sick for almost a year straight, doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I had two surgeries as well, they came up with jack shit.
I ended up figuring it out myself. OP I suggest you keep a food journal and write down what makes you sick. For me, typically 45min after eating I start to feel the effects, then the next day is fucking hell. Write down what you eat and make note of similar ingredients. For me I found mine and as soon as I eliminated them from my diet, I was 10000000% better overnight. Good luck.
I have it pretty bad, I use cannabis for most the symptoms, I stopped eatig as many carbs. I try to control my fiber intake and I drink aloe vera quite a bit now, pick it up at the korean market. good stuff.
South Korea started making a drink with Aloe Vera. Yes the stuff that makes your skin less dry. I didn't know you could drink it. I wonder if that would help? I saw some today at the Korean market and it tasted great. My wife is Korean and she saw about this on Youtube. They are growing it in Mexico. I started to think about this. The Koreans grow and maybe make this in Mexico. Then the ship it to Korea and then the Korean Grocer imports it from Korea to sell in the USA. Very Interesting.
I am diabetic and my wife makes me something I eat to help control the diabetes. I call it Apple Sauce. You take water, cabbage, tomatoes, carrots & broccoli and maybe a little ginger and boil it for 2 hours or until soft. Allow this to cool (maybe overnight). In the morning blend it with 2 bananas, 3 apples and a large tbl spoon of Cinnamon. It comes out the consistency of a smoothie. Serving size is one cup. I originally added the cinnamon because I don't like cabbage taste, but I knew cinnamon is good for diabetes. This is a miracle cure.
People still have it. +1 for supports groups/diet suggestions.I have Crohn's disease(a permanent version of IBS called IBD[disorder]) so feel your pain man. What works for some doesn't work for others. I agree with seeing a doctor and finding out what works for you. Stay away from the food's that cause flare-ups and invest in some probiotics as they seem to work for others.
Oops didn't notice the necro.
