I think the movie is okay. It has its part. My funny movie gauge is Dumb and Dumber. I don't know how many times I've watched that movie. I can't get bored of it.

Anyhow if you watch the unrated version there's tons of cursing. I never have a problem with it but it does get excessive and makes it somewhat less funny because it kinda makes it seem they are trying f-bombs any where they can. I remember there was tons if 1st 5-10 minutes.

There's an agent that works for that website who follows you around, watching what you do. The moment you go to the movies, they call HQ and tell them to put the page up for that movie.

I don't spend hours on the research reading 100s of critical reviews, spend days on internet message boards, and wait until websites have records of how many times bad language is used, people are disembowled, how horrible the hairstyles are, etc.

You may have this whiny argument about how I'm a "moron" for not spending days of my life researching a bloody movie. You, in your infinite wisdom, makes it sound like you do. I have better things to do.

My dislike of the movie has nothing to do with foul language, for example I like Quentin Taratino movies. The jokes were bad, making me cringe instead of laugh/chuckle. The directing was crap, the actors were mediocre at best, and several of the jokes were fairly predictable. The leading actor was bad. I understand he was supposed to be playing a dork, but there's a certain point where overdoing it just makes the character someone I don't want to see on the screen, period. The ending "music video" was just a bad, bad way to end a movie. Plue the song and choreograpy for the music video was bad anyway.

I don't like the movie because I think it's a piece of crap. I mentioned in my first post, in passing, that it uses an excessive amount of foul langugage. Maybe I should have put an "also, but separate from being a bad movie on it's own." It's distracting when watching a movie when it's done non-stop and written badly in the script.

I agree with your thoughts on Anchorman. It just seemed like they were trying too hard and not getting the funny results they wanted.

Napolean Dynamite was a different kind of funny...I found 40YOV's humor more similar to that in Something About Mary
