Is 600W PSU enough for my PC?

Hey folks,

I have question about my PSU. I bought it 2 years ago, and I'm about toc hange my hardware a bit.

I will be using Z97 Anniversary LGA1150 ATX motherboard
i7 4790 CPU (not K version)
ASUS Radeon R9 270X DirectCU II TOP 2GB DDR5
4x 12cm fans
LC-Power Cosmo Cool LC-CC-120 (Fan for CPU cooling)
SAMSUNG EVO 250 SSD
1TB WD Black HDD

now I'm wondering if all that can work on LC6600 V2.2 PSU. It should handle 600W maximum, but I don't realy know if that's enough for all my components. In idle status for sure it is, but what if I'm gaming on 2 FullHD screens, and CPU +GPU usage jumps to 100% ? Will it be able to handle it?

In theory 600w is more than enough, but LC Power is not a quality PSU brand and undeserving as such to power your expensive components. I can't back it up with a detailed review, but the lack of an 80Plus certification and the incredibly weak +12V rails (for a "600W" unit) certainly don't invite confidence in its reliability.

May I ask what PSU would you recomend me to buy for my PC build?
I'm spending most of the money on CPU and MOBO atm, so I can't afford anything expencive ... looking for kinda cheap PSU

I'm wondering if you could spend less on the CPU. If you're buying new, Xeon E3 1231 V3 is going to perform basically the same as i7-4790 for less money, assuming it's available in Slovenia. It lacks the integrated graphics chip but with a dedicated card you don't really need it. Also if you're just upgrading for gaming purposes, I'm kind of wondering if an i7 or Xeon is even a smart buy - should be looking for an i5-4460 or i5-4590 instead. With just a 270X, you're not going to see any difference in games between an i5 and an i7, and even with an i5 you can still upgrade the 270X to something much faster without having to worry about CPU bottlenecking.

Also, you don't necessarily need a Z97 board. B85 and H97 boards should be fine too.

Can you link to some shops in Slovenia? Hard to recommend any PSU without knowing what's available and at what prices.

I'm buying i7 because the game I'm playing, is using tons of CPU because hackshield. Graphic isn't a problem atm. I'm playing KalOnline, and I need to have 3 clients open. Each client takes about 35% of my i5 3350p, so when I have 3 clients I have a bit lagg and CPU on 100% load, so that's not nice.
When I have 3 clients open I have CPU load on 100%, but graphic only on 50%, so I realy need to upgrade my CPU
