is 90 Liters per Hour bad?

hey guys i was willing to buy a xaser III v2000a with thermaltakes Aquarius2 , its pump is 90 l/ph and im a noob at w/c and need some help

Yeah, that's pretty crappy. Just for comparison, Eheim's smaller model (1048) is 600 L/h. For 35$, you can get a Hydor L20, which is 700 L/h.

Though it seems low there are a number of factors that you would have to consider. Some say you have to get the water in and out quickly while others would say you want the water in the block longer to collect more heat. Also the set up of the block as well...If you are using a channel block..low pump speeds are fine..if you are using a micro fin design you need high pump rates.

Another thing to consider...do you wish to overclock...it generates more heat to do this..if you are just using stock speeds..your pump should work fine.

That kit is a complete waste of your money end of story unless you want just a quiet pc and can put up with higher temps than a decent HSF less than half the price could beat hands down.
