Is a 350W antec enough for this setup?

I'm pretty much useless with computers now... so i have a few simple questions

1) I wanna upgrade my system... is my 350 W antec enough to run an Athlon 64 3200+, 2 DVD and CD burners, 2 graphics cards (ATI 8500 All in Wonder and an old PCI Ge-Force 2), 4 fans, 1 hard drive

2) are the power supplies the same as those that were used 2 years ago (i.e. are there different types of connectors for the motherboard than what would be used with my athlon 1700 t-bred B)

3) anyone wanna quickly suggest a good board and heatsink (bearing in mind that the computer isn't used for much other than internet at online poker)... i just want it to run stable

1) Given that it is an antec, 350 watts should do fine, but be careful with what else you plug in like usb devices etc.

2) PSU are still the same, only difference is that some new PSUs now have support for the new 24 pin sockets. Even then, you can get an adapter like this: <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbar.../www.xpcgear.com/20to24pinatx.html</a>http://www.xpcgear.com/20to24pinatx.html to make your old PSU fit anyway.

3) A good board for an athlon 64 3400 would be (in my opinion!) Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe or something similar. It is a rock solid board and stable as hell provided you do not install the damn Nvidia active armour software that comes with the board, and you are SWEET!

My antec 430 exploded in my face the other day, I'm not gonna use them again.

thanks, i came up with about 250 Watts... although the CPU I want isn't on the list... so, i think the antec should run solid for now at least...

as far as heatsinks are concerned, what's the cheapest one that'll keep my processor from frying
