Is a 480 watt PS enough for my system?

I picked up an Antec True Blue 2.0 480 watt PS for the new computer I am planning to build. My planned system is to consist of....

Opteron 146 w/ stock hsf ( mild oc maybe)
2 gigs of ram ( 1gb X2)
Epox 9NPA
7800gt 256ram
Live sound card
network card
Dvd-rom
Dvd-burner
WD raptor 36 gig (OS and Apps)
WD 80gig 7200rpm ( media and what not)
Two 120mm panflo low output fans

Will this exceed the PS output or am I fine?

Thanks

That system will draw somwhere between 150-200 watts; a 480 watt PSU is more then enough.

Alright! Thanks!

Since I do not need that much wattage, should I return the antec for something else? I noticed that the fortron 450w has the same specs as the antec ( well, -.5a lower on the -12v rail, but that is not that big of a deal, right?) but lower wattage and a way lower price w/o a rebate. Should I go for it?

Specs for Fortron 450w

Output:
+3.3V@30A, +5V@28A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@18A, -12V@0.5A, +5VSB@2A

Specs for Antec True Blue 480w
480: +3.3V@30A, +5V@38A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@18A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2A $90

The fortron is only $49 w/o rebate from newegg. Also, the antec only has the ATX cable sleeved and its around ~66 dollars after AR.

SO, what do you think I should do?

If they were the $ame price. I would buy the Fortron because they hardly ever get posted about with voltage problems.

Fortron > Antec in overall quality. I believe Antec only rates their PSU's at 30C, while Fortron rates theirs at 40C. There have been problems with the 480 Truepower and some nForce4 boards (ASUS I think). I would stay away from them, since there are better alternatives at the same price. Antec's not bad, and I would still consider it a quality manufacturer, but Fortron is still better. Go for the 450W Fortron.
