Manager with 8 staff and yeah, I'm sure they do, though I just gave them all their Christmas gifts, so that should hopefully buy me a couple of points.

I wanted to save up some vacation. I am down to 576 hours.

deadline in early jan means I can't really use vacation days at this period which kind of sucks because I was looking forward to it. i do get thursday and friday off so it's not too bad.

I usually work right through Christmas and all, I take the week after off. Considering it's pretty dead around this time, I rather be working now, then when things start to wind up again, not to mention it's pretty much impossible to get this or next week off unless you're a manager.

What sucks is all the users are off so it makes it harder to close off tickets.

3 out of 8 of us are here on my team this week ....
We are of course swamped as we're doing all our own stuff as well as supporting their stuff. Friday the office is closed, and Thursday they will send us home early, so I'm not complaining....
