Muscle memory
How stupid do you have to be to think that one of the most successful actors (monetary) and bodybuilders of all time would have to resort to steroids for one "nude" scene in his latest movie?

A guy getting up in his years, seeing what made him famous go down the toilet? Naw..I would never see him doing anything like going back to steroids..

You do know how to work out, right? His training program for T3 was been widely documented in several body building magazines. It's not that hard for a former body builder to get back into decent shape with the right supplements, nutrition, and training. Get a clue

Ahh, your one of these guys who thinks everthing he says is gospel on a forum hun? Actually I have worked out on and off for years. He used them before and there is noway for you (contrary to your belief) or I to know for sure if he is using them again. Hell there are people that are still under the illusion that he never used them in the first place.

P.S. I don't bodybuild, I just plain weightlift.

If you had any TRUE bodybuilding experience you would know that what Arnold did is very possible and not that crazy to accomplish. I have seen people I work out with get injured bad. They would take 3-4 months off to completely recover while just doing cardio workouts. They would lose A LOT of muscle mass. But once they got back into the gym it did not take hardly anytime to get back to where they were.
Muscles do remember and the fact that you mentally know you used to lift XXX amount of pounds. You can push yourself to get back there quickly.
I do not think that Arnold resorted to roids to make T3.
He's 55 years old - why the hell would he be using roids?

Not saying that it isn't possible but the fact remains that you have no more proof than I do that he is back using them. I do know what "muscle memory" is and how it works. Do a search for natural bodybuilding pictures on the web and see how impressive they look? Not real impressive hun? Does he still use them? Who knows, but neither do you.

There are PLENTY of big natural bodybuilders. Do they win the competitions? Nope. Natural just can't compete with roids. But that doesn't mean you can't get big with good genes and a solid work ethic.
Arnold has awesome bodybuilding genes. To get to the size he was in T2 and T3, roids are not needed.
Do I know he didn't use roids? No, but there is NO reason to think he did. Roids weren't needed to attain the size he was in T3.

This depends on how you define "big". If your idea of Arnold in 1980 is being big., then..
You don't know what the hell you're talking about bro, I know from the inside - I go to natural bodybuilding competitions and what
they do is use steroids with short acting esthers (which effect how long they are in the bloodstream) to beat bloodtests such as
maybe anadrol-50 or testosterone with no esther. You *CANNOT* attain the size he was in the late 70's/early 80's without steroids, PERIOD.
Let me re-emphasize though: it doesn't make a damn bit of difference. The gist I get is people think that steroids are "cheating" which isn't quite true. You can't just become some huge muscular freak by taking steroids, you have to have the proper genetics, know how to train, eat and rest properly or they won't do a damn thing. Case closed.
