Is Axiontech safe for hot deals?

At least Directron.com is professional.. the B&M doesn't matter to me as long as there are no risks like with Axion.. Directron and Newegg most of all are top notch online places!

Some interesting comments here. Last Nov to Feb I ordered from them weekly and they were perfect evey time. Must have gone down hill a bit, they were my top recommendation but after reading here I'l hold my tongue. Using NCIX now. rocketship so far.

I live in houston as well and I purchased a motherboard over the phone. Everything was fine, but they took a long time to ship the board -3 days. They are decent and they're cheap, but I wouldn't want to have to deal with them if I wasn't an hour away.

I bought most of my system parts from them for the past couple of years without any problems. By the way, I live 15 minutes from them. They have recently expanded their operations by aquiring a neighboring building. The original building now operates RMA and the new building for sales. As I always walk-in to their store for purchases, I usually listen to their phone conversations with other customers as I wait in the long line. I sincerely believe that their intentions are good even though several posts in this thread have indicated bad experiences. I must admit I don't always buy from them as some of the advertised deals from big chain-stores simply cannot be beat. But when I do buy from them, I never worried.

I've ordered from Axiontech numerous times, my order has always been received undamaged & working properly. No problems with credit card charges either. The shipping has been cheap (UPS ground) they specify - no profit on shipping. Thumbs Up

Have bought from them 4 times in the last 2 years. Have always received what I ordered in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Axion Tech is definetely on my short list of online vendors.
