What if your bigotry took the form of believing you didn't hate anybody. It would be a fruitless task to convince somebody like that, first of all that he is a bigot, and secondly, that he is lying to himself. Just as one can be bigoted toward bigotry, one can hate hate. It's all the same thing.
The problem with your question, I think, lies in the term evil and what that may mean. When we speak of evil we can mean Evil bad wrong inferior and many such things. If we have been trained to think that considering other people evil is a bad thing, then we will not want to think that we have such feelings, but we aren't going to have a good opinion of folk who call others evil. We are going to have bigotry against them but be blind to it.
So, because I see all bigotry as flowing from dualism, the notion that there is good and evil, I think all bigots believe that all positions other than their own are inferior. It's definitional as I see it.
