I guess not doing good in school would then be illegal too because you could be a scientist! Or not liking sports is illegal because you may actually be an excellent basketball player! Or not liking music because...

Frankly this is the most retarded thing I have heard in a long long time.

I'm curious about how the 'once conception occurs it's human' arguers decide at what point that occurs. If somebody shot a woman with a spern a few inches away from her egg is it a double murder? How about if they are touching but the cell wall isn't pierced. What if it is but the dna hasn't started to divide so there is as yet no uniqueness other than the genetic permutations possible to that particular combo. You see the problem, there is no clear cut point at which an we can say we have a human being. A butterfly flapping its wings in Africa may cause millions not to be born.

and who are you to make a statement such as "i hate people who dont like abortion but then complain about the world being overpopulated." do you complain about crime in the inner city? i'll bet you aren't out there mentoring inner city youth. do you complain about dead beat dads? do you complain about school shootings? do you complain about big companies polluting our environment? sure you do. but the truth of the matter is you probably aren't doing anything to fix any of these problems.
