See, you eliminate the existence of some potential human beings. They can be millionaires, politicians, artists and scientists. Those people could have their own sons and grandsons if you didn't eliminate them.

That ought to be more serious than killing an animal, is it?

Seriuosly though, there are small amounts of sperm in your urine. Sperm have a cycle of about 4 days in the body. (memory of biology is vague)

'Hate' is a very strong word, but I agree with you.

We should take the most efficient approach to this problem: only allow sexual intercourse between males and females if it's to create offspring. The number of children that are allowed to born will be regulated as well.

Or allow sexual intercouse but no reproduction. Certain plants and animals do it all the time, only reproducing when they have the energy to do so.
