I think that "The Crusades" is flawed in that list. The Crusades were not fought because they wanted to attack non-Christians. The Crusades were largely to take back land that had been lost in previous wars. Europe was mostly Christian until Muslim empires started to expand. What we call Spain today was taken over during the Umayyad Caliphate, and the expansion was continuing. Europe was largely fragmented expect for their unified religion. So, they eventually realized that the Muslims would eventually take them out one by one if they did not unify. They did and pushed back to take back their lost lands.
As most things go in history though, consolidated power can and will be corrupted and the later Crusades were about gaining power and wealth. But, to try and make it seem like they were only about religion is what that list tries to do.
