No problems whatsoever.

It's not "legal" because the EULA does state that you aren't legal allowed to sell them without permission from the publisher and they clearly did not give them permission to do that. That's why they call it a gray market.

FWIW unactivated keys would have never done the EULA click through to 'accept'. Think it would hard to argue that you are bound by a contract you've never seen nor accepted. Legal or not does really have a lot to do with grey market import though. Its an easier concept with physical goods where there isn't an additional layer of license stuff to worry about. If its an unofficial import channel its grey market. Legal or not.

I've bought two games from them and no issues on my end, but my buddy claims the key bought from them said it was already claimed by someone else and after one e-mail and a screenshot, they sent him a brand new key with a message about "this one will work".

Their customer support is pretty good as I contacted them about a billing issue I had, but they offer really cheap deals on a lot of games (I bought Dying Light Enhanced Edition for $11 after it was released). As far as I can tell and just from my personal experience, there's no risk and the games I bought came with Steam keys.

They used to be a piracy website, now they used their popularity and became legit.
