this is probably weird since i'm female, but i totally agree with all of this. wisdom and how people deal with things in life are so important in any mate, whether man or woman. for me, attitude and outlook on life is also very important because these things influence everything.

1) Common sense is everything. Intelligence often negates common sense ("I'm smart enough to get away with it" mindset).
2) Women that groom well and take care of their health are sexy regardless of age.
3) It truly is sad that so many women are mean. Happens because they fall for a-holes up into their 30s and get burned. Learned trait IMO.
