Is it Florida? I know the company that put it in - they installed the cheapest cheesiest, chinese-est phone switch imaginable. It barely works on normal days. They are running on the equivalent of a big wheel on the interstate.

haha. i was trying to call all day on tuesday and it was busy every time i called. finally got through yesterday morning.

I actually got through after ~50 "The circuits are busy, please try again later" messages. I got a recording saying that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and to check the website. I checked the website and it said to call that number

Took me 2 months before I was finally able to get something useful out of NYS unemployment - they finally changed the message saying I have to write a letter now.
