It shouldn't be too bad if it moved from refrigeration to warm and back to refrigeration...anything more than that, and i wouldn't drink it, it will probably taste like crap.

let's take corona for instance. say it was left unrefrigerated (and unopen) for a few days, maybe even a week or two. how much would the taste change?

Shouldn't make you sick. Unless it sat in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Then it might.

If you let cold beer warm up, and then try to cool it down again it will go bad, guaranteed. Some beers are much more prone to this than others though. Light beers will turn bad if you look at them funny.

Hard alcohol won't go bad.

Hard liquor does not have to be refrigerated. Just store the bottle someplace dark and it will be just fine for a long time.

True story.

Went to the lake a couple years ago and brought a cooler of beer. Didnt drink all of it and left it in the back of the ford explorer for a couple months still in the cooler and in the nasty water-ice that had melted. All summer it sat out there. Cleaned out the vehicle in the early fall and found the cooler of beer. Opened it up and it stank to high heaven. All the labels had come off as well since they marinated in the water for quite awhile.

Put the beer in the fridge for a couple days, went to go drink it...

...















and it tasted fine.

This stuff must have gotten HOT in the car with the windows up during the summer months and stayed hot for awhile also in that cooler.

depends on the brand... Some beers have to be kept refrigerated or they get skunky really fast (St Pauli Girl comes to mind). Aren't a lot of beers pasteurized (heated to kill bacteria) before bottling? But not all brands... Light is supposed to be bad for beer too; hence the colored bottles. But I think the big name breweries do something so it no longer matters (pasteurization again?).
