There are quite a few guys that were early to the piercing "scene" that had it done. They probably aren't in any way "gay." Now if a guy decided he wants to get one today, he may have a bit of a feminine side, especially if he's not totally into body-modification, and only has a few or no other piercings.

I wouldn't get one, and I have 5 piercings already.

I wouldn't call any piercing gay. Look at David Beckham.. he has his toenails painted pink but he married that hot Spice Girl chick and is clearly heterosexual. Not manly stuff but whatever makes you happy is cool I suppose.

BTW, my definition of gay is having sex with people of your own gender. That is the true mark of whether something is gay. :laugh:
