that's gotta be you. i started using FF again when the PR came out and i haven't had a single crash. maybe a flakey extension or something?

Hmmm is tabbed browsing really all that? And if so, why hasnt MS incorporated it into IE?
It is for me, I like not having the task bar cluttered with windows. I know Window A is here, and Program C is here. And I don't have an answer for your second question, because i'm not MS.
Edit: I also like FF shortcuts (click scroll wheel for new tab, none of that shift click or right click stuff.)
