Is it necessary to install the via 4 in 1 driver?

I just setup my new computer.
It has the 8kha+ mobo and xp 1600 cpu.

Its running perfectly rite now.
Just wondering if i should install the via 4in1 driver, will it give my some performance boost??

i've heard the argument that you shouldn't fix what isn't broke
but i have always kept my 4 in 1 drivers up to date (and other drivers too)
doesn't hurt
VIa recommends only updating them if you have problems
if you get a performance increase it shouldn't be too great of one
but go for it

I installed them (4.38) on my Epox 8KHA+ with WinXP,btw the AGP driver in there does give a small performance boost, also my board is still rock stable and I`ve no problems with installing VIA 4 in 1 drivers again.

thanks for the advice guys, i just installed the via 4in1 driver and got a 600points increase in 3d mark.
