Legally, you are allowed to be racist between the ages of 10 and 18, and then when you turn 35.

Here is how it works:

*10-18 year-old racist: cute and funny, just doesn't know any better. It's a phase!

18-28 year-old racist: knows enough of the world to not be racist, but we like him/her so we hope it is just a phase. Still, this person might be taken to court/prison depending on circumstances

28-35 year-old racist: Approaching young Aryan Brotherhood status. Expect Jail time.

35-70 year-old racist: OK, this is an adult that really should know better. But, this person has spent the years to learn enough about society and barring any active murders/arson/beatings, there's nothing the law can do. This is just a flat-out racist. Friends will be few here, though certainly of like-mind

To honestly answer your question, yes, it's ok to be a raciest. A lot of people won't like you, a lot of people will call you names, and you might have trouble finding a job and get into a lot of fights, but it is your right to hate everyone and anyone for whatever reason (or lack thereof) you want. While you may hate freely, you do have to tolerate whatever group you deem inferior. Got that? Hate = OK, acting on that hate = not OK.
