3d printers use at tops like 3 different materials and print at a resolution at least an order of magnitude too large for the complexity you would need. So yeah make a 3d printer 200 times more precise that prints 5000 different materials and your little storage shed micro factory will be all set.

3D printing makes no sense for mass production. Even for just the plastic parts, injection molding is still more efficient. 3D printing is great for making 1 ofs or a few items, or a replacement plastic part etc.
At some point it may be possible to 3D print silicon dies though, but not sure if that is even better than how they do it now.
If you're being serious than you're an idiot. Why create a billion dollar factory if you could just buy a 3D printer to build a gaming laptop? Go try and let us know how far you get.
