It's an interesting question. Taken from a basic stance of average human life, I'd say no. But from a pure biochemical perspective, if we used some sort of external mechanism to test the extreme limits of "happy" in the brain and go beyond them, I think maybe there could be a point where weird/undesirable things happen.

Answering the question: Maybe. Almost anything is possible. But probable? No. It's improbable to be too happy IME. Unless you count weird yin and yang shit like Ralphie getting the BB gun and things immediately going south.
