Is it sad that I use Anandtech OT as my first news source?

But really, I can pop in here and in a minute find out if anything exciting or newsowrthy has happened. If it's news, it's been posted. After I see the story, I read up on it elsewhere, but for breaking news, ATOT is IT... lol

same here this is the place for the NEWS..

I remember when we had the seattle earthquake. ViperGTS first reported, much before even the news channels started to report it. 5 minutes after vipers first report, MSNBC starts by saying there was an Earthquake in the pacific northwest. By then we knew where exactly it was, cause guys were reporting from their area.

ATOT is the biggest news gathering organisation in the whole wide world.

I've got my TV tuner for that... I come here to post it for y'alls, but someone else has usually gotten to it first. I come here more for the more obscure/interesting news that I could have found on my own if I really looked, but was too lazy to do so.
