Thank you for some common sense. Why would you be asking us for health advice (who's an expert/nutritionist about this stuff here)? Go see a doctor (or if this is for a friend they should).
For a practical suggestion, I'd also suggest that if asking for a future diet, I would recommend getting blood work done at a doctor's as well (so there can be a baseline on your health). But then again I'm not a subject matter expert on this stuff either
