no...you will not live very long on this diet...
your body needs fuel to live...vitamins are spare parts, not fuel...
water provides a transport mechanism for fuel and for spare parts, but is also not itself fuel...
you will survive for a short time while your system metabolizes your body for fuel, ie fat and muscle...
you will def get skinny...and then die...
if you want to lose weight, the two/three-part approach that does work is:
1) exercise - will raise your metabolic rate to burn whatever food you ingest more efficiently.
-a. weight training
--->a lb of muscle burns a more calories than a lb of fat WHILE RESTING.
-b. cardio
--->builds heart health and burns calories so they aren't stored as fat.
2) nutrition
- this is your diet:
--->1. eat healthier and less
--->2. reduce your fat and carb intake
--->3. increase meal frequency offset with decreased meal size
--->4. don't eat after 7 or 8pm bc that puts food in your system when your body is sleeping and at its lowest metabolic rate.
--->5. MODERATION is the key, bc you have to be able to live by this long-term, which is why i never instructed my clients to get on a crash diet (when i was a personal trainer).
- your body adjusts to a completely dietary approach to losing weight by lowering it's metabolic rate over time. this means that you will look just as fat/skinny/normal as you do now in the long run, if you do not directly address your metabolic rate (see exercise).
good luck!
