I did some googling and came to the conclusion that running shoes should be discarded every 300-400 miles. Of course, this varies from person to person.
I'm 6' 00", 155lbs.
Treadmill Miles: ~290 Miles
Avg speed: 10 MPH
Elliptical Miles: ~190
Avg speed: 10 MPH
Total Jump Rope time: ~4.5 Hours
This was an 8 month time span and that's all the cardio I do with JUST these running shoes.
I'm not flat footed, but I don't have the greatest Arch and lately my knees have been starting to hurt and as a result I've been trying to pay attention to my pronation while running and I THINK they're over pronating but I don't know if it's just some kinda placebo effect that's going on.
Seems like I'm ready for a new pair... just needed some assurance!
