Right, but prostate != g-spot? Considering morphology divergence between genders (e.g. clitoris/glans) wouldn't there be a secondary mass of nervous tissue in males if the female g-spot were a physical structure? Is it near, or in fact the prostate, or do people just call it the "male g-spot" because it is pleasurable?

There is a huge number of nerve endings in the male anus, so there is some physcical structure there.

The "male gspot" is partially because of the high number of nerve endings but mostly because of the stimulation to the prostate. IIRC the prostate makes and holds the fluid in semen and direct stimulation can result in more explosive contractions, which are really what orgasms are.

thus the reason prostatitus is so unpleasant

Varying amounts pressure seems to work best there, in my experience, as opposed to other forms of stimulation.

Women who have their clitoris removed (so-called female circumcision, a common practice in many African and Muslim countries) completely lose their ability to have an orgasm. That would suggest the so-called g-spot is a myth, or that it is located in the clitoris.

While I tend to agree with you, I wonder how sure these women are that they can't have orgasms. If their men are cutting off their clitorises, I can't imagine they're too concerned with making them fell good.

I just edited my comment. I heard that claim made by an anatomist in a documentary I saw about a year ago. But a quick search of the web just now seems to suggest some women are capable of having orgasms after clitorectomy, so who knows. I respectfully bow out of this discussion now.

This is absolutely not true. I saw a video which showed the site of operative removal and the girl proceeeded to "squirt" after about 20 minutes of personal stimulation internally.
It is my experience that there are two different types of orgasm, and seem to be two different types of ejaculate to go with them. The clitoral is small amount and creamy, the vaginal is larger volume, much more intense, and clear fluid. Just my experience.
