However, another girl I talk to in my PR society went into this in depth g-spot versus clitoral orgasm speech and it made me totally rethink things.

Supposedly women who have their clitoris removed (so-called female circumcision, a common practice in many African and Muslim countries) lose their ability to have an orgasm.

g-spoit does take a little longer to achieve, more so than clitoral, however, its so much better for her, and it will make the guy look like a hero... also, i have found that if you ask you lady to try a differnt position it may work faster. The one way we have found that works best is female on top, facing forward, lightly leaning back.

PS, yeah.. Sue is older, but she is very informative and funny! give her a shot!

edit: ewww tell me the "talk sex with sue" isnt the 80 year old grandmother talking about butt plugs and S&M. I don't EVER want to hear someone of that age talking about things like that. Why couldn't they have some porn star host that show?
Yep, that's her. That's the most disturbing show EVER. My ex-grilfriend would always want to watch that when it was on, but I couldn't do anything but struggle to hold back the vomit. Disgusting.

Do you talk while you're working it? I talk some, but a lot of times when she gets close to finishing, she'll shush me, lol.

While I tend to agree with you, I wonder how sure these women are that they can't have orgasms. If their men are cutting off their clitorises, I can't imagine they're too concerned with making them fell good.

I just edited my comment. I heard that claim made by an anatomist in a documentary I saw about a year ago. But a quick search of the web just now seems to suggest some women are capable of having orgasms after clitorectomy, so who knows. I respectfully bow out of this discussion now.

Freud said that women had two kinds, vaginal and clitorial.

Masters and Johnson said it was all clitorial with the "vaginal" orgasm being the result of indirect stimulation of the clitoris.

My experience with women agrees with Master and Johnson.

Freud was a freak. i'm with M&J, too, but there are two different types of stimulation that lead to an orgasm.

dr. drew says no, and the radio can't be wrong!

my feeling is we're just dealing with the results of extended and less direct stimulation of the clitoris, the same way the penis actually extends all the back to the wall of the anus. anytime you take it really slow and don't overdo the stimulation, the orgasm is going to be longer and more satisfying, regardless of where you provide the stimulation. that doesn't mean "g-spot" stimulation isn't effective, though! i just don't think it's some magical seperate deal.

That sure beats the heck out of that 10-second guy in Kinsey.

Years ago I could actually do it without any touching. Took a long time though, so much so that I would say it wasn't really worth the effort.

You talking about the one, uh, inside? It's a shame most straight guys will probably never know what that's like...

Yes, women have a G-spot (as do men), but not all women ejaculate from what I've read and experienced.

I prefer to use a combination of both clitoral and g-spot stimulation, bring them to the edge with either type a few times, then finish with g-spot stimulation. Some also like to include anal as well while using another hand for the other two.

Ohmygosh ...

It's like asking , which comes first the chicken or the egg?

As long as you are a man you will never understand. Some women (thankfully) not I .. have figured their own bodies out, but a man attempting .. Its a great effort, but a waste of time sweetie.

The whole point of you learning about your own body is to then convey that info to your SO, correct? Or do you mean that men just don't have the patience to absorb that information and use it properly, while women can?

There are most certainly two types, and there is a g-spot.

The clitoral orgasms are smaller, and women easily "recover" from these. They can keep on going right after. The g-spot orgasms are more like a man's though in that they usually require a little bit of down-time before continuing on with anything more.
