Is Korean Cuisine Good?

there's so much more to the korean cuisine than kimchi, kalbi, bbq that it is unbelievable

Outside of koreatown it's inaccessible. That's why these hayan-peeps are talking about korean bbq.

it's good for a different experience... but I feel like I'm eating bits and pieces instead of an actual meal. Pizza, burgers, or a nice pasta dish still beats everything else.

I wuv soondubu. My favorite tofu joint has good banchan of jap chae, warm potatoes (but potato salad is also good) and sometimes an egg... omelet thing.

Don't like their beef/chicken/pork marinades... too sweet for me. Now the Beef Brisket, I can handle 5-6 rounds of at any AYCE Korean bbq place with seasame oil, salt, and pepper.

which isn't even BBQ. tossing a slab of meat on a grill is so far from BBQ...I have no idea how else to express that....
