If you get 12 responses, 6 will say it's worth it, 6 will say no way. FWIW I've been running two 64MB SDRAM Mushkin Samsung GH CAS2 modules on a BH6 board (known to be somewhat picky re RAM) and never had so much as a hiccup.
BXBoards did a review recently of PC133 SDRAM and the Corsair CAS2 came out on top. The Mushkin module made a decent showing. Corsair CAS2 PC133 is a difficult beast to find these days - must be popular <g>. Another SDRAM module that's getting good press is the Kingmax TinyBGA modules. Reportedly solid >150MHz FSB.
I have 3 sets of budget Mushkin PC100 128meg dimms that have been
running at 124Mhz CAS2 for over 6 months 24/7's without any problems,
ever. I'm a UT nut and play for hours on end, for a rest, I let my
PC's run Seti@Home.
Go for Mushkin High Performance PC133 memory with the Mosel Vitalic chips, and you definitely won't be sorry. A couple weeks ago I bought two 128mb Rev 1.5 chips and they are really awesome. I personally buy all my RAM from them and have always been very satisfied.
I have used both, and haven't had any problems with either. My Mushkin is the Siemens/Infineon PC 133 and it runs fine at 133 in my MSI-6309. I was very impressed with Mushkin. They even E-Mailed me after I received their ram to make sure it arrived and was working okay. Imagine that, a vendor following up with a customer after the sale!!

I also have to say that Mushkin has good support. I had ordered some 128 meg pc100 mem, I got it within 2 days. When I started coming around AT I asked around to what kind of mem I got. I wrote to the support at mushkin about what kind of chips I had and they wrote back to me twice. Once was to tell me the brand name. Then he wrote back to me and told me that I was lucky cause I was sposed to get gen mem and I ended up getting some other higher brand names stuff cause they ran out of gen mem. I don't remember anyone or anywhere offering that kind of support going that far out of there way to help me. I have been running this mem at 117 for over a year with no problems.
Sorry this is so drawn out. But it's late here and sleep is highly overrated.
Muhskin has excellent customer service and fast shipping. I bought twice from them both times for cheap value memory. The memory works just fine in supposedly hard to please Abit BH6 and the Asus K7 Athlon motherboard when it first came out.
Bought 128MB Mushkin PC133 (Samsung G6) in December. Didn't get a chance to test it until yesterday with a CPU known to run at 133MHz. The Mushkin would not load Win98.
Called them this morning. They are sending a new 128 stick of the Mosel rev2 by overnight plus a prepaid FedEx mailer to return the old memory, all at no charge.

I've only buy Crucial myself, but in all the time I have frequented AnandTech, I have never heard a complaint about Mushkin RAM. Maybe I will buy some one day.
