Is my PSU dead?

Ok, so I was playing a game (Neverwinter Nights 2 if anyone is interested) and without warning my computer instantly turned off. There was no crash or any warning signs. All my peripherals were still on (monitors, speakers, etc.) so it seemed with wasn't a breaker issue in my apartment. I tried restarting the computer but nothing happens. I checked all the power connections and they all look good and I tried a difference outlet, and still no change. When I flick the power switch on the PSU itself I occasionally see one of my case lights flash once and the PSU fan try to start to move but then it stops immediately (maybe 1/40 of a rotation). To be clear, when I am hitting power switches, nothing happens, no POSTing or any activity with the computer.

I am thinking that my PSU just died. Does that sound about right? I have never had one go out on me so this is a first. Thanks for any help.

Yep your PSU died. Get a new one and hope nothing else was harmed when it died. OCZ makes good PSU so there shouldn't be any issues other then the dead PSU.

Thanks mpilch, I just needed some conformation about my suspicion. The PSU is still under warranty so lets hope they don't give me any hassle about replacing it. Keeping my fingers crossed nothing got fried when it went out!

OCZ is really good with RMA. They will probably ask you to do the paperclip thing to test if the psu is really dead or not, they did it for me but then the drive came within a few days.
