Still legal, you have to have a player that works with their DRM format though. Burning to a CD is not an option. Also, don't think about being tricky, if you cancel your subscription all of your music will deactivate, within something like 30 days.

But as Bowsky said, you have to have an MP3 player that supports protected MP3s (Just about everyone that's out now has support) and the licenses on the songs lasts for about 45 days after you cancel your subscription. There are alternatives to the new, uncool Napster that are perfectly legal. THere are other services that provide unprotected music, but there are usually limitations such as 5 MP3s a week or something similar to that.

LimeWire does not endorse the use of its product for illegal purposes. In reality, though.

They can't get busted, only pirates uploading/downloading files can.
